Information We Collect
Up Yet does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, contact list, location, photos, microphone data, camera data, or health data through the app.
The app stores your reminder settings locally on your device. This may include your chosen workdays, start time, work and rest cadence, reminder mode, alarm permission state, notification permission state, and app preferences.
How We Use Information
Local app data is used to run Up Yet features: scheduling break reminders, showing countdowns, presenting Live Activities or widgets, and remembering your settings. That information is not sent to Nekobit servers.
Notifications, Alarms, and Live Activities
Up Yet may ask for notification and alarm permissions so it can remind you when a break is due. These permissions are controlled by iOS and can be changed in the Settings app at any time.
When you enable Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, widget, or Live Activity features, iOS may display app data such as countdowns, reminder text, or session state on system surfaces. This is handled by Apple's operating system on your device.
Purchases
If you buy Up Yet or make an in-app purchase, Apple processes the transaction. We do not receive your full payment card number or billing details. Apple may provide developers with limited purchase and subscription status information so the app can unlock paid features.
Support Requests
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or a description of the issue. We use that information only to respond to your request and improve Up Yet.
Third Parties
Up Yet does not use advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party analytics providers in the app. The app may rely on Apple services that are part of iOS and the App Store, which are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
Children
Up Yet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Up Yet changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
